Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders will ship within the lead time stated on the product pages. If an order includes products with different lead times, the order will ship within the longest lead time.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Rates and sales tax will be calculated in the shopping cart at time of purchase.
Delivery times depend on the shipping service available, given the size and weight of some products. We do not offer expedited shipping for products at this time.
For freight shipments at residential locations, the shipping company will contact the customer prior to delivery. Freight drivers are only allowed to offload your freight where the truck is parked. The driver will use a liftgate to remove your loom from the truck and to the ground only. If you would like any additional service beyond this, you will need to arrange this through your dealer as soon as possible. Additional charges will apply. If you have them move the loom anywhere you will be responsible for the charges incurred.
At this current time, freight shipments to Hawaii are not possible for online orders. If you are interested in freight shipping to Hawaii, please email us at sales@mirrycle.com.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email. You can also view shipping information via your customer account.
Damages
Sometimes damage occurs in shipping. Before signing a delivery receipt, please check the box(es) for damage. You are responsible for checking the condition of the cartons and contents upon receipt. No matter how slight the damage to the carton (crushed corner, for example), note it on the delivery receipt. Freight drivers are only required to let you inspect the inside of the carton(s) if there is any visible damage on the outside of the box. If the damage is extensive and beyond simple repairs, please refuse the delivery. Noting damage, along with signing the delivery receipt, protects your interests in the event concealed damage has occurred.
Save the box and packing materials until you have fully inspected your product in the event you need to return the product. TIMELY INSPECTION OF YOUR PRODUCT IS CRITICAL.
If the box is damaged: Reject the shipment if noticeable damage to the product has occurred. If you have already received and signed for a freight delivery, and then find concealed damage, contact us immediately at sales@mirrycle.com. Take pictures from all angles of the damage, as well as the box. These pictures are very important in filing a claim with the freight company. Having pictures is a great help in knowing if any replacement parts are needed, as well as recovering the costs of the damage to your product. Failure to report damage on your part could jeopardize our ability to file a claim. We will promptly address any issues you may have with your shipment or product.
International Shipping Policy
